A very physical workout that requires a good swimming level and use of flippers.
This 45-minute class uses basic exercises on the stomach, back, and sides with synchronized movements between barbells in your hands and flippers on your feet. Works your core and cardiovascular strength.
From 14/09/2020 to 09/05/2021, every Wednesday between 7.15 pm and 8 pm.

The subscription 12 sessions at 90 € (all aqua activities except senior aqua)
