You plan to come to Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc and enjoy the mountains and its wide open spaces ? Here we offer some information that may interest you.

 

Will the gondolas & Mont-Blanc Tramway be open this summer?

The Saint-Gervais cable cars and the Mont-Blanc Tramway will be open to the public this summer.

  • From June 27th to August 30th for the Saint-Gervais Gondola
  • From June 13th to August 30th for the Mont-Blanc Tramway

Both operators are implementing every necessary health protection measures.

Are the Thermal Baths still open?

The medical service and the Mont-Blanc thermal baths are currently closed.

The thermal Baths & spa will open on june 11th

The reception and the boutique are open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The beauty institute is also open from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday. Only massages and body treatments can be carried-out in order to comply with sanitary measures.

Health security measures have been put in place:

  • A thermal camera monitors the temperature of anyone wishing to enter the establishment
  • Distributors of hydro-alcoholic gels are available.
  • A modification of the sales and advice counters (plexiglass windows)
  • The sale of products from the shop will be done only at the counter
  • Our teams have masks and gloves

Can we use the Via-Ferrata?

Saint-Gervais Via Ferrata is currently undergoing development work, it will re-open after the work is completed, for the summer season.

What sports activities can we practice in Saint-Gervais?

In accordance with the latest guidelines, outdoor sports are allowed. You can take full advantage of the hiking trails, Mountain running and mountain biking trails, provided you follow the health-keeping rules. You can also enjoy some rock climbing in Le Fayet natural cliff and the town’s tennis courts.

Saint-Gervais swimming pool and skating rink are closed to the public until further notice.

Are cultural sites open?

The two museums, Fortified House of Hautetour in Saint-Gervais and Museum of Sacred Art of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce, are open.
