Aquatic gymnastics session open to all, acting on balance, coordination and tone. -
The course is designed as an aquatic training circuit. It has the advantage of combining several disciplines and working all parts of your body.
Activity reserved for swimmers, in good physical condition. After a 5-minute joint warm-up, participants break into small groups in different workshops: aqua running, aqua float, trampolines, aquabike, steps….. no monotony and muscle work assured.
Equipment: a swimsuit, specific belt provided
