Olivier BARDOUX, chef de cuisine, has a commendable professional background (L'Auberge de l'Ill, Joël Robuchon, the Chalet du Mont d'Arbois, etc.). He expresses himself through his cuisine with a great respect for French gastronomy and his art by putting all his skills at your service and maintaining this beautiful Michelin star.
