Fine creative cuisine. Small seasonal menu. Beautiful french produce accompanied by a selection of good wines. Warm and intimate atmosphere.
Arnaud, in the kitchen, was trained with Emmanuel Renaut at the Flocons de Sel in Megeve, he continued his training with Massahiro Morishige in Tokyo and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris.
Marie, sommelier, also started at Flocons de Sel. She learned the trade from David Biraud, Chef Sommelier, with whom she worked at the Crillon and then at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris.
The restaurant has been awarded a Michelin Guide Plate 2017.

Opening hours on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 11 am and 2 pm and between 7 pm and 9 pm. On Tuesday between 11 am and 2 pm.
Closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
