I'm an energy and well-being practitioner based in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, with a passion for nature, the body and people.
I offer massages tailored to your needs, magnetism and relaxation and refocusing rituals, to help you connect with yourself, release tension and leave feeling more aligned and serene.

The treatments I offer:
- Personalised well-being massage (with Doterra essential oils) A deep moment of relaxation for the body and mind.
- Energy treatment (magnetism) Harmonising the body and mind, releasing blockages and boosting vitality.
- Reconnection ritual A complete treatment combining massage, essential oils, anchoring and energy treatment.

Each treatment is unique, tailored to your needs at the time. They take place in a soothing setting, in harmony with nature.
A moment to breathe, refocus and leave feeling more alive.

I welcome you near the town centre, between the swimming pool and the ice rink, with free parking and a treatment room on the ground floor.
