Aquacycling classes consist of a variety exercises on bicycles in water.
Cycling under water reduces the feeling of swollen legs, strengthens core muscles, and improves cardiovascular fitness.
Equipment: a one-piece swimsuit or a sports jersey is recommended, in case of regular practice a specific pair of shoes brings more comfort
