I'm Lionel Sibler, a qualified mountain bike instructor (BPJEPS in cycling activities with a specialism in mountain biking) and ski instructor at the ESF in Saint-Gervais.
Why choose an instructor to accompany you? I'll take care of everything! The choice of slopes is adapted to your level of ability, and I'll give you technical advice to help you learn the basics, positions and reflexes or improve your technique.
