REFRESHING introductory trail! A 6 km run between Chamonix's Piscine and Les Houches, with an original rhythmic descent in the heart of Chamonix.
Welcome at our base in CHAMONIX, where the 1st part of the session will be devoted to equipment.
We'll then transport you to the start of the river, 800 m from our premises. After a full briefing (safety and navigation instructions), you'll set off for 45mn to 1h15 of navigation with a qualified guide.
