Take a walk and discover the Saint Gervais Distillery. You will learn how our spirits are made, including Mont Blanc Gin.
Welcome to an authentic place of experimentation and sharing, where you can enjoy a moment suspended in time.
Since 2017, James Abbott, a Scotsman, has been passionately distilling spirits in a mountain cabin. He wants to show that you can do great things with very little.

The distillery's iconic product is Gin du Mont Blanc, an exceptional gin developed with the support of Tom Nichol, a world-renowned Scottish master distiller. This balanced and aromatic gin is served at some of France's finest restaurants.

James' dream is whisky, Whisky du Mont Blanc, which is released in limited editions (450 bottles every one to two years).

The range has been completed with a vodka and two génépis that will surprise you with their touch of originality.

We are happy to welcome you by appointment for a tour in French or English.

Suitable for all ages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Remember to bring your hiking gear.

Reservations by email, preferably 48 hours before your visit.
