Ancient 5* hotel heritage 3 bedr+view+2 bath 80m2
We love our family home because the monumental (protected heritage) building is magnificent and still has many authentic details. The former 'hotel Mont Joly', used to be a 5 star hotel and was build around 1900. It is a protected heritage now. Central location (skilift and city center) and splendid views! Our apartment is located nearly in the center of Saint Gervais (3 min walk on an almost flat route to the market square), within walking distance of the ski lifts (10 min) of the Evasion Mont Blanc skiing area (479 km) and with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range. The TMB (Tramway Mont Blanc) station is next door and several hiking trails start at the entrance such as the route to the beautiful waterfalls in the gorge and then the "Les Thermes de Saint...
