Important

In order to ensure a minimum waiting time, the application and collection of the national identity card are by appointment from Monday to Friday at :

Service État-civil
Mairie de Perros-Guirec
02 96 49 02 41

Identity card

All major national identity cards issued between 01/01/2004 and 01/08/2021 have a 15-year validity. The card is valid for 10 years for minors.

The applicant’s presence is mandatory when submitting the application and collecting the national identity card (CNI). Minors of any age or adults under guardianship must be present. The CNI must be given to the legal representative; the minor’s presence is optional.

A pre-application must be made online (this pre-application does not dispense you from going in person to the Town Hall counter to have your fingerprints taken and submit your application).

Passports

It is valid for 10 yearss for adults and 5 years for minors.

The applicant’s presence is required, both when submitting the application and when collecting the passport.

The presence of the minor, regardless of age or of the adult under guardianship is mandatory. Minors under 12 years of age are not required to be present when the passport is handed over; the passport can be given to the legal representative only. A pre-application can be made online at : https://predemande-cni.ants.gouv.fr/ (this pre-application does not exempt you from going in person to the Mairie counter to have your fingerprints taken and submit your application).

For minors travelling Important

Since January 15, 2017, a minor child who lives in France and travels abroad without being accompanied by one of his or her parents must be in possession of an Authorisation de sortie du territoire (AST). This is a form drawn up and signed by a parent (or legal guardian). A child traveling with his or her father or mother therefore does not need an AST. The form must be accompanied by a photocopy of the signing parent’s identity document.

The tourist tax was introduced in the commune of Perros-Guirec by a deliberation dated December 16, 1985. In 1991, the communes of the Côte de Granit rose (Perros-Guirec, Louannec, Pleumeur-Bodou, Trébeurden and Trégastel) worked together to harmonize rates.

The rates for the tourist tax were set by the municipal council on April 29, 2021, in accordance with decree 2002-1549 of December 24, 2002. By deliberation of April 22, 2021, the municipal council decided to apply new rates.
