Climbing is much more than a sport: it's a discipline that's both demanding and accessible, combining self-control, confidence, balance and technical skills. In the mountains, in the valleys or at the heart of beautiful cliffs, it is practised in splendid natural settings that add to the experience.
Our climbing trips are for everyone: complete beginners, recovering climbers, children, families or experienced climbers wanting to improve their skills or discover new crags. Supervised by a qualified mountain guide or climbing instructor, with appropriate equipment and personalised advice at every stage.
For beginners, the aim is simple: to learn how to climb a cliff, and to familiarise yourself with the equipment, basic movements, safety rules and simple rope handling. The school sites are perfect for beginners, and you'll have fun right from the first pitches. The atmosphere is relaxed and educational, and each climber progresses at his or her own pace.
For the more experienced climbers, we offer long routes, where progress is made over several pitches on the wall, with belays, abseiling and route reading. These outings give you a taste of the vertical climbing atmosphere, and allow you to work as part of a roped party in a mountain spirit, while enjoying unique panoramic views.
Climbing is also an ideal family activity: children love climbing, taking on little challenges and learning while having fun. Everyone can find their place on the wall and enjoy a rewarding experience, whether climbing 3 metres from the ground or 30 metres.
We offer 2-hour, 3-hour, half-day or group courses (groups of different levels).
Technical equipment (harness, helmet, rope, belay system) is provided. All you need to bring is soft clothing, climbing shoes (available to hire in the shop), water, a small snack and a healthy dose of enthusiasm!
Climbing is also a state of mind: learning to trust yourself, to concentrate, to surpass yourself... while experiencing an intense moment in contact with nature and the rock. Whatever your level, you'll leave with a smile, a thrill and a great dose of energy.
Number of participants : From 1 to 9, depending on the type of supervision and level.
