A circuit training session involving four different high-intensity machines: aquabike, paddle machines, trampoline and treadmill.

Equipment: a one-piece swimsuit or a sports jersey is recommended, in case of regular practice a specific pair of shoes brings more comfort. Due to the limited number of places, reservations and advance payments are mandatory with cashiers.
