Workshop to discover how high-level training methods meet the needs of musicians. From preparing for a race to managing performance on stage, learn how to optimise your physical condition to serve your art.
Whether it's conquering the 9,500 m elevation gain of an ultra-trail or performing a complex classical music piece, the demands of preparation remain the same. Kévin Roux offers an interactive workshop.
Born in Sallanches and raised in Saint-Gervais, Kévin has made the mountains his preferred terrain.
An elite athlete specialising in ultra-endurance, he represents Saint-Gervais and the Lowa brand on the world trail running circuit. His consistency and determination have propelled him to the top of the world rankings, culminating in an exceptional 5th place in the TDS (150 km -9500 m elevation gain) at the 2024 UTMB®. A ski instructor at the ESF in Megève, sports coach and physical trainer, he uses his experience of extreme exertion to support athletes in their athletic development. His approach focuses on performance optimisation, injury prevention and training methodology, creating a natural bridge between the physical rigour of top-level athletes and that required by professional musicians.
