What physical phenomena influence climate, solar energy, winds, and ocean currents? You will find answers to these questions and more in this richly illustrated exhibition, on display until June 4, 2026.
The Fernand Braudel Library invites you to discover the exhibition “Le Temps des climats” (The Time of Climates) from April 3 to June 4, 2026, accompanied by a rich program of events dealing with climate change.
What physical phenomena influence climate, solar energy, winds, and ocean currents? What is the difference between climate and weather? Can we still reduce the effects of climate change? These are the questions posed by this exhibition, which is based on the latest scientific research.
This exhibition was created by Synops Éditions, with the support of Savoie-Biblio.
As part of the exhibition, there will be a number of events on offer, including creative and digital workshops, games, a climate mural, and a lecture by Luc Moreau, researcher and glaciologist, on Thursday, April 16, at 6:30 p.m. The full program is available on the library's website.
