The set design, reminiscent of urban textures (plexiglass and metal), not only provides an arena for the performer's dizzying movements, but also reveals the issues at stake. Carried away by Vivaldi's music, he repeats his initial score in a version full of finesse and energy of the presto passage from the Summer of the Four Seasons. His repetitions remind us of the demands of this practice, which combines mental preparation and tireless rehearsal. This solo score is an evocation of the myth of Icarus. He defies gravity, yet each time he escapes he returns to the ground and the weight that binds him to it. All his gestures, his suspended questions, are unanswerable and reinforce the intensity of the shared moment. He expresses much more than he means.
