Le Concert de l'Hostel Dieu and Minori Deguchi: "Vivaldi's 4 seasons
In 2025, we will be celebrating the 300th anniversary of the first printed edition of Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Published by Michel Le Cène in Amsterdam, these concertos from the collection Il Cimento dell'Armonia e dell'Invenzione were already known throughout Europe. Then, after a century and a half in eclipse, the Four Seasons fascinated and captivated, especially after their rediscovery in the 1950s.
