In 2024/2025, major restoration work was undertaken on the facades and roofs of the former Mont Joly hotels.
The Mont Joly condominium was created from a former 19th-century spa hotel, the Mont Joly Palace. Situated at the entrance to the village of Saint-Gervais, these highly recognizable buildings, with their colored glazed brick facades on one side and large metal canopies on the other, have left their mark on the history of Saint-Gervais tourism.
