A wind turbine project, a divided community... and truths that could well cause a stir.

The mayor has concerns: the municipality is facing a sharp increase in electricity prices. Fortunately, she has the solution: the construction of a wind turbine. To say the least, her decision is not unanimously supported. Never mind! She is fighting “for the common good and for the Republic.” However, the local newspaper is conducting its own investigation. What if the mayor's intentions are not so honorable?
