Issun Boshi is a Japanese folk tale about the adventures of a thumb-sized boy.
One morning, Issun Boshi decides to set off and discover the world. For his departure, his parents give him a bowl, chopsticks and a sewing needle. The tiny boy strapped the needle to his belt like a sword, used the bowl to make a boat and the chopsticks to make oars. And off he went on the water.
And so begin the adventures of our little hero, curious about discoveries and encounters.
