Refuge in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains

  • This refuge is situated near the high mountain, around the glacier of Bionnassay. The access to the refuge is possible with the Streetcar of the Mont Blanc, in 200m of the terminus.

  • Facing the Pointe Percée, the highest point of the Aravis massif, and dominated by the Aiguilles du Goûter (3,863 m) and Bionnassay (4,052m) our terrace is conducive to contemplation. The impressive glacier of Bionnassay is just a stone’s throw away: the morning ahead will undoubtedly cross an ibex on its moraine.

    Mountaineers who later descend from the roof of Europe will always be welcomed: they can even reward themselves with a fondue !

    The dormitories are equipped with duvets and pillows, you will only need a personal sheet-bag.

    Toilets are available in the shelter and outside. There is no shower.

    We can put at your disposal an out-of-bag room for people who want to cook themselves: remember to bring your cooking equipment. Our cook can also prepare pasta, omelettes or charcuterie board throughout the day.

    We accept all types of payment: cash, cheques and CB but we advise you to always have two payment solutions in case of technical problem.

    Booking in the huts of the normal route of Mont Blanc (Nid d'Aigle, Tête-Rousse and Goûter) will be made only online up to 10 days before the date of the planned stay (this period was 20 days before). For bookings for a closer date (less than 10 days before the date of the planned stay), the reservation must be made by phone.
