Digital counter town planning authorizations

Since January 1, 2022, you can submit your applications for town planning authorizations in Perros-Guirec in dematerialized form via Lannion Trégor Communauté’s Guichet Numérique des Autorisations d’Urbanisme (GNAU).

I have a construction or renovation project

Most works are subject to prior administrative authorization to occupy and use the land.

This is the case whether you wish to build a house, build an extension, a swimming pool, a garden shed, modify the facades or roof of your property, buy a property that requires work, divide a plot of land with a view to building, modify the shop window of your business, fit it with an awning or a sign.

Rules vary from sector to sector, so it’s a good idea to find out in which zone the work will take place by consulting the Local Urban Plan, the Site Patrimonial Remarquable and referring to the corresponding regulatory provisions.
