The justice conciliator
The conciliator of justice intervenes in case of conflict between several parties in order to find an amicable agreement. He or she can be consulted for everyday disputes such as neighborhood or condominium problems, housing disputes, consumer law disputes… and generally for any dispute under 5,000 euros.
The conciliator of justice does not, however, intervene in criminal cases, labor disputes, family matters or disputes with administrations.
Soliciting a judicial conciliator is a completely free and confidential procedure.
Conciliations take place on the premises of the pôle vie locale.
