OUVERTURE OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC INVESTIGATION CONCERNING THE REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO CARRY OUT WORK TO REPLACE THE SAINT-GERVAIS / BETTEX TELECABINE
By arrêté n°URB 2023/297 JB dated September 04, 2023, Monsieur le Maire ordered the opening of an environmental public inquiry into the application for authorization to build a gondola lift between St Gervais and Le Bettex, with its end top station and 13 line pylons, replacing the current DMC axis for axis, by Société des Téléportés Bettex Mont-d’Arbois (S.T.B.M.A).
To this end, the Grenoble Administrative Court has appointed Mr. MESSIN Michel as Commissaire-Enquêteur, and Mr. NIVELLE Philippe as Commissaire-Enquêteur suppléant.
The inquiry will take place at the town planning and land department of the Saint-Gervais les Bains Town Hallfrom MONDAY SEPTEMBER 25 at 08:30 to THURSDAY OCTOBER 26, 2023 at 17:00 on the department’s usual opening days and hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00)
The Commissaire-Enquêteur will receive visitors in the Consular Room of the Saint-Gervais les Bains Town Hall on:
- WURSDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2023 from 09H00 to 12H00,
- WEDNESDAY 11 OCTOBER 2023 from 13H30 to 16H30,
- WURSDAY 26 OCTOBER 2023 from 14H00 to 17H00.
Everyone will be able to consult the file and record any observations on the inquiry register, or send them in writing to the Commissaire-Enquêteur at the Mairie de Saint-Gervais – Service Urbanisme et Foncier – 50 avenue du Mont-d’Arbois – 74170 SAINT-GERVAIS LES BAINS, or by e-mail to the following address: foncier@saintgervais.com. An independent and secure website has also been specifically opened for this inquiry at the following address: https://www.registre-dematerialise.fr/4820, on which the file can be downloaded and an electronic register is available to collect comments from the public (from Monday September 25, 2023 at 08:30 until Thursday October 26, 2023 at 17:00).
The report and conclusions of the Commissaire-Enquêteur, sent to the Mairie within one month of the end of the inquiry, will be available to the public for one year from the date of closure of the inquiry, at the Préfecture de Haute-Savoie and at the Service Urbanisme et Foncier de la Mairie de Saint-Gervais les Bains (interested parties may, at their own request and expense, obtain copies), as well as on the Commune de Saint-Gervais website (www.saintgervais.com) under the heading Mairie/Urbanisme/Enquête publique, and the independent and secure website https://www.registre-dematerialise.fr/4820.
The person in charge of the project submitted for public inquiry is S.T.B.M.A, in the person of its Managing Director, Mr Alexandre MERLIN. All information concerning this project can be requested from him. Concerning the file and the organization of the public inquiry, all information can be requested from the Service Urbanisme et Foncier de la Mairie de Saint-Gervais les Bains.
PUBLIC INVESTIGATION CONCERNING THE REVISION ALLEGEE N°1 OF THE PLAN LOCAL D’URBANISME (P.L.U) IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE INCLINE WASTEWATER LIFT
By municipal decree n°URB 2023/132 LC dated April 24, 2023, Monsieur le Maire ordered the opening of a public inquiry into the light revision n°1 of the Local Urban Planning Scheme (P.L.U) in connection with the project to build the inclined wastewater elevator.
The inquiry took place at the town planning and land department of the Saint-Gervais les Bains town hall from Monday, May 15, 2023 at 08:30 to Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 17:00.
Monsieur COENDOZ Jean-Pierre, appointed Commissaire-Enquêteur by the Grenoble Administrative Court, delivered his report and conclusions on July 12, 2023, which can be consulted by clicking ICI. These documents are available to the public for one year from the closing date of the inquiry, i.e. until June 15, 2024.
By deliberation of July 25, 2023, the Municipal Council approved the light revision no. 1 of the Local Urban Plan (P.L.U) in connection with the construction of the inclined wastewater elevator.
PUBLIC INVESTIGATION CONCERNING THE RELIED REVISION N°2 OF THE PLAN LOCAL D’URBANISME (P.L.U) IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE REHABILITATION PROJECT FOR THE “L’IGLOO”
By arrêté n°URB 2023/050 JB en date du 22 février 2023, Monsieur le Maire ordered the opening of a public inquiry into the light revision n°2 of the Local Urban Plan (P.L.U) as part of the project to rehabilitate the “L’Igloo” establishment. The public inquiry took place from March 17, 2023 at 08:30 to April 17, 2023 at 17:00.
Monsieur LAFOND Jean-Pierre, appointed Commissaire-Enquêteur by the Grenoble Administrative Court, delivered his report and conclusions on April 27, 2023, which can be consulted by clicking ICI. These documents are available to the public for one year from the closing date of the inquiry, i.e. until April 17, 2024.
By deliberation dated June 14, 2023, the Municipal Council approved the light revision no. 2 of the Local Urban Planning Scheme (P.L.U) in the context of the rehabilitation of the “L’Igloo” establishment.
ENQUISTE PUBLIQUE ENVIRONNEMENTALE PORTANT SUR LE PROLONGEMENT DE LA VOIE DU TRAMWAY DU MONT-BLANC ET L’EXTENSION DU REFUGE DU NID D’AIGLE
Par arrêté n°URB 2022/318 JB en date du 20 octobre 2022, Monsieur le Maire ordered the opening of the environmental public inquiry concerning the extension of the Tramway du Mont-Blanc (T.M.B) and the extension of the Nid d’Aigle refuge, by the Compagnie du Tramway du Mont-Blanc (C.T.M.B).
The public inquiry took place fromu Monday November 14 at 08:30 to Thursday December 15, 2022 at 12:00.
