11 am Ju-Jitsu demonstration / Claude Duperthuy
9 am–12.30 pm Sewing class / Opportunity to view the students’ work and meet our instructor Valérie Pache
- AFTERNOON:
2.00 pm Guitar performance / Laurence Richy
3.15 pm Open class: Strength training / Olivier Bagnaudé
3.45 pm Open class: Zumba / Olivier Bagnaudé
4.00 pm Storytelling for children with the story carpet / Volunteers from Domancy Library
4.30 pm Workshop: Stretching / Caroline Legon

5.30 pm Workshop: Yoga / Peggy Mansouri
From 2.30 pm, come and meet our students and instructors from the Wood Carving, Artistic Embroidery and Needlework workshops, who will be on hand to present their work and tell you all about it!
Bike repair, in front of the MJC, from 3pm to 5pm
