Clémence Cardot will introduce us to the plants that surround us: calendula, St. John's wort, plantain, yarrow, and more. She will also show us how to make preparations using plants and simple ingredients, such as oil macerates.

You will learn about the properties of wild plants, how to recognize them, and how to pick them. You will also learn about the choice of vegetable oils and the different processes for preparing oil macerates. You will make your own medicinal balm tailored to your needs and based on the ingredients provided. You can make a balm for bites and itching, bruises and contusions, stuffy noses, cuts and scrapes, aches and muscle pain... You will leave with a personalized preparation, a leaflet on medicinal plants, and the recipe for making it. Reservations required at the tourist office
