Can I take a spa treatment without a prescription?

You can book a spa treatment with or without a prescription. Reimbursed spa treatments are those that last 18 days and have been scheduled at the request of your attending physician and then validated by Social Security. Shorter spa treatments are not covered by the health insurance system.

Can a spa treatment be reimbursed?

Thermal cures in dermatology and respiratory medicine are covered by Social Security. On the other hand, rheumatology spa treatments are not covered by social security.

What does the spa offer?

Are the thermal baths open all year round?

Yes, the Bains du Mont-Blanc are open all year round. Cure opening periods vary according to the pathologies treated.

Cures run from Monday to Saturday. A maintenance closure is scheduled twice a year. Dates will be communicated on the website at the appropriate time.

Is the spa accessible in the evening?

The thermal baths are open on Fridays and Saturdays until 9pm. The rest of the week, the doors close at 7pm. The thermal spa also offers late opening on Fridays and Saturdays until 9pm.
