Museums and libraries of Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc

An original space dedicated to contemporary art! The pillar of the bridge, a vast architectural space of raw concrete of 160 m² and 9 meters high, becomes every summer the place of ephemeral in-situ installations.

Located at the heart of the village, the library in Saint-Gervais proposes 26,000 different works including novels, books in large print,comics and games. Relax and read here without having to register!

At the small library in Saint-Nicolas, a friendly team of volunteers are on site to advise you in your choice of reading and share their favourite books.

The Maison forte de Hautetour is actually closed.

La Cure, located next to the church of Saint-Gervais, presents the town's new collection of paintings and posters related to the mountains, as well as some piece of art of Father Kim en Joong, who painted the stained-glass windows of Saint-Gervais church.

La Cure library offers a documentary collection on the theme of the mountain.

On the village’s edge, in the old Rectory, the Sacred Art Museum displays the treasures of the Saint-Nicolas church.
